Klinedinst ethics attorney David M. Majchrzak has officially joined the Board of Directors for San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA). Mr. Majchrzak’s goals include guiding the organization towards a sustainable future, assisting in the advancement of the organization’s mission, and enhancing SDCBA’s programs and services.
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA – Klinedinst is pleased to announce ethics attorney David M. Majchrzak has officially joined the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Bar Association (SDCBA).
With over 10,000 members, SDCBA is the county’s oldest and largest law‐related organization, and serves as the hub of the region’s legal community. Governed by an 18-member Board of Directors, the organization’s mission is to be San Diego County’s representative of the legal profession, serving the public and the profession by enhancing the legal system and promoting justice, professional excellence, and respect for the law.
Majchrzak originally announced his candidacy for one of the Board’s at-large positions in August, 2017. He received endorsements from many individuals and organizations, including Earl B. Gilliam Bar Association, Filipino American Lawyers of San Diego, Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association, Tom Homann LGBT Law Association, and more. He then elected by the general membership in a special election back in November 2017. His official term on the Board began January 1, 2018, and will last three years.

A leader in local, county, state, and national organizations, Mr. Majchrzak has developed a wealth of experience in serving diverse membership bases and honing traits for effective leadership. He is a frequent lecturer and author on issues involving ethics in the legal profession, and has achieved significant experience as both a consultant and a litigator.
In addition to serving as Director of the organization, Mr. Majchrzak also serves a dual role as Chair of SDCBA’s prestigious Legal Ethics Committee. He is also a member of its Executive Committee, and co-editor and co-author of the SDCBA’s publication, Ethics Quarterly.
